WHY WE EXIST

Everyone deserves to feel accepted and valued. That’s why diversity and inclusion are fundamental in today’s society. Companies and institutions face increasing pressure to address and advance their inclusive efforts. While awareness about the diversity around us has grown, we cannot ignore the numerous challenges that people still face every day. That’s why at ndaki, we are committed to being catalysts for social change, acting as intermediaries to actively work towards a more inclusive society.

Finding suitable hair care products for curls and coils

Providing more knowledge through product information


Despite increased awareness of hair care products and a willingness to invest more in them, it remains difficult for those with curly and coily hair to find suitable products. Finding the right combination of products and styling techniques can be time-consuming and expensive. Also, the lack of representation of people with textured hair, particularly for women with coily hair, shows a noticeable impact on their mental health and self-esteem. We believe that addressing these challenges requires a shift in the hair care market. So that we can work towards greater inclusivity, representation and product innovation, specifically tailored to the diverse needs of people with curly and coily hair.

Nurturing kids to feel more accepted and empowered

Boosting self-esteem through educating on diversity


One of the most important steps towards fostering an inclusive society is by building self-esteem. By developing self-esteem, kids are more able to accept their own and others’ differences. Studies have shown that prejudices and stereotyping begin at a young age, as early as kindergarten. These negative experiences can greatly impact the well-being of kids. That’s why we created ndaki kids. We want to tackle these negative experiences from early on by educating all kids on diversity. We create a community where they all feel valued, respected and empowered regardless of their differences.
